    As a Retail Store Associate, you’re the friendly face and first point of contact for our customers. Our store associates build customer confidence and rapport by answering questions about water chemistry and pool equipment, helping to select products suitable for their pool and spa, and upholding the overall customer experience.

    Our Service Department Admin Assistant provides administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. Answer phone calls, routine calls, invoices/billing customers for services, and supports visitors. They also carry out administrative duties and exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.

    The Service Technician/Maintenance Technician brings the visions of the pool industry to life through unique and valuable hands-on assistance, sales, installations, routine pool cleanings, and repairs of pool equipment. They are responsible for providing different services, depending on their area of expertise, diagnosing problems, and making repairs. They will often go to their client’s business or home to install something or make repairs.
